Calah (cockatoo) and I float around the US in a small travel trailer to see pictographs and mounds, to attend Trekkie and Jewish events, to visit Alamo Drafthouses (up to 44), and to see family and friends. 🏏🎺

This is obscene. Why can't other politicians say that?

The 25 richest families are collectively $358.7 billion richer than a year ago, with a combined fortune totaling $2.9 trillion.

I had a little Hanukkah gathering at my building this evening. The few of us who are still around had a lovely time getting to know each other better. Most folks who live here are connected to UT Austin, so when there are no classes and no football, it gets quiet.

The State Dept typeface change is petty AF.

But the last sentence in this doesn't make any sense, and makes me wonder if the writer knows anything about fonts at all: "… changed the standard font size, from 14-point to 15-point, requiring extra keystrokes that some diplomats found annoying."

Arlo and Elmer have been great cat companions this week. Arlo was standoffish, but then spent an afternoon helping me knit. Elmer is very vocal, but I unfortunately do not understand Elmerish.
