People have a funny idea of Massachusetts. I live in Western Mass. We have mountains, rivers, lakes and lots of forests. The Emerald Necklace around Boston have those - well, Blue Hills aren’t really mountains, but I digress.
You also get the ocean, beaches and islands. I envy you that.

Spent part of my afternoon looking at damaged artworks that were produced after paper transitioned to wood pulp (16th /17th century) from cloth rags. Acid damage is serious. The degradation was noticeable. Most cannot be restored.
Tech innovations are not always positive.
