Environmental sociologist. Tennis, bicycles, and Berners. Reads way too much - or not enough - George Orwell, Jeff VanderMeer, Arundhati Roy, Haruki Murakami, Olga Tokarczuk, Ursula Le Guin, and William Gibson. There's gotta be a pattern there, somewhere.

'The Invisibility of Poverty' -- Kevin Lee & Bin Liu in Beijing, China

"A photo-art collaboration using camouflage body painting. A boy in tattered clothes sits on steps, painted to blend perfectly into the stone — a literal portrayal of social invisibility."

With all this talk of how to end Russias war against Ukraine, and a cease fire, keep this in mind:

If Ukraine ceases firing, Ukraine will cease to exist.

If Russia ceases firing. the war will cease to exist.

Pretty clear

I think Sabalenka made a big mistake agreeing to play against Kyrgios. While BJK had a reason to play Riggs, Sabalenka is just giving a platform to a failed tennis player and domestic abuser.
