So a year ago, before we even knew that there was going to be another Dragon Age game yet alone that this would be the last one, I contributed to a fanzine about the flora of thedas. The project grew and grew and finally shipped. Look at how beautiful this is! Not ashamed to admit I shed a tear.

Exploration is just enjoyable. I think if you’re a gaming for challenge person it might be less enjoyable but it’s taken me back to the feel of Skyrim (MUCH less immersive though) with the fun arcade like gameplay of Outer Worlds and the lore of Eora. The characters are fun to me too!

So I’ve been playing Avowed and having a lot of fun.
Though it might be shallow in parts, it’s never vapid.
Everything that they did turn attention to is full of detail and care and honestly I love that approach rather than trying to do everything and ending up with a lesser experience overall.
