I reckon I've been working about 30 out of the past 36 hours getting handouts ready for dragonmeet. I might pass out and I can taste copper after running to get the order in before closing, but it is done.
They're real good btw. Being a perfectionist is extremely annoying but does have upsides.

Something I think about a lot lately is that Doomerism is basically comfortable. It doesn't require vulnerability, it doesn't require you to do anything. You can just sit back and help contribute to eventually being right.

Another thing I wanna point out is that "Death of the Author" is an actual essay, you can read it online for free (writing.upenn.edu/~taransky/Ba...), and you can see for yourself it has nothing to do with the ethics of consumerism.
It is a critical analysis framework.
Also fuck JKR and TERFs.

So, third major playtest for Il Fantasma del Giallo was yesterday, and it went extremely well. Rather than dryly relay my playtest notes, I’m instead going to relay the plot of a film that doesn’t exist (all actor pictures are, of course, just my additions).
