⚠️BREAKING ⚠️ 25+ arrests have been made violently by police, who are facilitating the business of war and genocide in Te Pae right now.

We, the people, say NO to the aerospace military industrial complex.

We, the people, say NO MORE WAR IN OUR NAME

You may have heard Peters trying to make the situation with the abducted NZers all about him

They’ve been released and their flights home paid for by the people who love them

Unlike Peters, who has all his flights paid for by taxpayers

📣 Germany's close to reversing its opposition to mass surveillance & private message scanning, & backing the Chat Control bill. This could end private comms-& Signal-in the EU.

Time's short and they're counting on obscurity: please let German politicians know how horrifying their reversal would be.

We are alarmed by reports that Germany is on the verge of a catastrophic about-face, reversing its longstanding and principled opposition to the EU’s Chat Control proposal which, if passed, could spell the end of the right to privacy in Europe. signal.org/blog/pdfs/ge...

I remember when a protester punched the co-leader of the Greens in the face.

Hana Maipi-Clarke had her home broken into by a political stalker.

I recall VFF protesting outside Clarke's parents' home while Jacinda was on holiday.

I dont remember hearing about National's concerns back then??

Today's energy announcement? A damp squib that locks us into expensive fossil fuels while families struggle with power bills.

Sign our petition calling for a 30-year Energy Plan - 350.org.nz/homegrown-en...

Breaking news banner at top with orange and blue sections. Screenshot of RNZ article headline "Government stops short of major energy shakeup, rejects asset sale" by Giles Dexter. Features image of an LNG tanker ship with spherical storage tanks on water. Caption reads "Importing LNG on a small scale in time for winter 2027 is on the table." 350 Aotearoa logo at bottom. Dark teal background with white and orange text. Headline reads "Today's energy announcement? A damp squib." Body text explains government's plan offers band-aid fixes while energy poverty rises, mentions taxpayer money going to LNG terminals and gas fields instead of renewables, and discusses gentailer underinvestment over nearly a decade. Simple icon of an LNG storage tank in bottom right corner. 350 Aotearoa logo at bottom left. Dark teal background with orange quote bubble containing white text. Quote from Alva Feldmeier, Co-Director 350 Aotearoa, criticizing government plan for propping up status quo. Below quote, white text states "NZ has everything it takes to lead the world in renewable energy. What's missing is political will." Lists three demands with bullet points: rapid renewable buildout plus 750MW community-owned energy by 2035, ending energy hardship for 110,000+ households, and real market reform to break up gentailer monopolies. 350 Aotearoa logo at bottom. Orange wavy banner at top reads "Sign the petition!" Below shows petition landing page for "Energy Plan Now" campaign with text about energy crisis and lack of long-term planning. Right side shows petition form with fields for name, email, postal code, city, and country dropdown set to New Zealand. Blue "Sign Petition" button visible. Progress bar shows 971 actions so far, 1,029 needed to reach 2,000. Background image shows misty New Zealand landscape. 350 Aotearoa logo at bottom.

"Government deficits are private-sector surpluses [...] Calling that a “burden on future generations” is superstition. What actually burdens them is crumbling infrastructure, student debt, and ecological collapse — the result of too little public spending, not too much."

Young people aren’t owed a living but landlords are owed accommodation supplement & subsidies, & employers are owed WfF so they don’t have to pay workers a decent wage & shareholders are owed $$ even if it means 120,000 households can’t afford electricity. #nzpol
