Hats are a thing in some of the Welsh saunas. They were a thing in the Russian one too. I like a fan: very important. But I’m surprised that many saunas don’t have the fan.

We had the birch leaves in Russia… you tried that?

Amazing!! Not great photos, but went to a sauna outside Moscow, the second picture shows steps where we went into the ice. The other photo was a sauna at the yurt camp in Tash Rabat in Kyrgyzstan. It was the shower / sauna / washing place in one- perfect!

There was a talk at the Eisteddfod this year, part of CDPS and Welsh Government’s launch of a new accessibility book… the truth is the tools don’t work.

The speaker (young man, blind, fluent Welsh speaker), said he is unable to send a text in Welsh.

The tech exists, but something is broken…
