I have literally had students in my beginning drawing class ask ChatGPT how to do something during class. One student hadn't really bothered to listen to my directions and so was asking it how to do something not relevant to the exercise I had them working on. 🙃

I'd imagine it depends on the city and their Latine populations, the SW has great Mexican/Tex-Mex because we've always been there and it's just embedded in local food culture. Mexican food has percolated into other parts of America at varying rates I think.

I'm always telling my students that creative freedom isn't a lack of boundaries, you find it in the limitations of a project and in the ones you set for yourself. Limitations give what you make a form and a purpose.

That's when you take the pre-peeled garlic and chop it in a blender. The jar stuff just tastes terrible.
I definitely taste the difference between minced garlic from a jar and fresh garlic. It adds a lot of acidity to whatever you're cooking that wouldn't be there otherwise.
Not sure if you're replying to my comment or the original post but anyway, minced garlic in a jar usually has citric acid added so it tastes completely different from fresh minced garlic and is not a good substitute for it. Recipes call for fresh garlic for a reason, and it's not an aesthetic one.
It's important that one remains cozy and snug as a bug at all times.
