I think it's a world first that NSW Software Engineering students wrote and ran #python code in an online IDE for their final exam for their High School Diploma (HSC) yesterday.

That's pretty wild and exciting.

Wondering how much the excitement for vibe-coding & #AI taking over coding jobs comes from 30 yrs of the message that if you can't code it's bc you don't have the "superpower" & not bc you haven't been taught how.
People should be able to code, they just should also understand what they're typing.
