I was at the Dicision I Louisiana State Championship game when I ran into my friend Hayward Howard & his dad, who were there to watch Hayward's son, Hayward Howard Jr, play. His team Edna Karr won handily, beating St Augustine 49-14. Hayward Jr. will be wearing a Texas Longhorn uniform next fall.

I hate shooting like at Brown and in Australia. But I don't care one bit what mass murderer Netanyahu has to say about such killings.

The areas from which MAGA draws its strongest support are rural counties. But their woes aren't caused by immigrants moving in. Their problem is people moving out. Since 1980, most rural counties have lost population. The few who do attend college rarely return.

Nothing says “progress” like a preventable measles outbreak.

Vaccines didn’t disappear, trust did.

Science didn’t fail; misinformation did.

We solved this, even before seatbelts, before antibiotics worked.

It’s a failure of public health, memory, and leadership.

Use the damn vaccines.

This week is the first time I've ever felt like we may actually be able to force Notre Dame to join a conference. It took the rest of college football 100 years or so to realize this, but Notre Dame n...

The immigrants who frame new homes, replace roofs, butcher cattle, work in long term care facilities, maintain lawns all help Americans and the economy.
We need to do the scene from Fight Club where they put the rubber band around the police chief’s balls to every rich and powerful person
Commerce Secretary Howard Lutnick said Thursday that the U.S. should focus on bringing in immigrants that help grow the economy as the White House rolls out its long-awaited “gold card” visa.

Deplorables.
let's be honest. Trump is a piece of shit but the real problem is the people who agree with him and follow him. Its the same people who voted him in and many others.

The President of the United States unilaterally levied a tax on all of us and is redistributing our taxes to a core segment of his supporters.
Trump: "I'm delighted to announce this afternoon that the US will be taking a small portion of the hundreds of billions of dollars we receive in tariffs ... and we're going to be giving and providing it to the farmers in economic assistance. We love our farmers. The farmers like me ... $12 billion"

My guess: it's been decades since Trump went into a food store, looked for and item and personally handled the transaction. 50 years?
(WSJ) You are going to love this one: Trump is now worried about rising prices. Maybe someone took him to a supermarket? Or maybe they took his Diet Coke away from him until he would listen? Gonna take a miracle...and medical costs will skyrocket in three weeks.
