Hyperfixates on hobbies and local things. Loyal but anxious. You can either find me inside making sourdough/reading/crafting or outside walking/biking and calling out infrastructure failures. Walking on IG as speedhumpme
Since I walk so many places, I should really post more photos here. Guess the neighborhood (and bonus points for the street)

Today’s contracting strategy: creating definitions for undefined terms to distract from the fact that I’m making every term more favorable to us. It’s a classic technique for a reason and if you send me an agreement with fixed numbering instead of a listed numbering, I will assume you’ll fall for it

Posting about the toilets the pope may have used over on IG lost me 1 follower but gained me 3 so my work here is done. I try to keep the speedhumpme account a mix of pedestrian advocacy, history, fun facts, curiosity, and (as the name suggests) the rough or crude parts of the city.

It should come as no surprise that Kelly Group/Show Me Victories is running anti-abortion, pro racist/misogynist police union Steve Butz's campaign for Mo Senate. It's important for Civic Progress (rebranded Greater St Louis) to get a pro-colonization, MAGA friendly state senator for St Louis City.

Anyone been noticing more vehicles at the closed fake-Paul McKee hospital lately? I drove by yesterday and saw 5 security vehicles (slightly up from last visit), the jersey barriers on Thomas were moved, and there was a dumpster being filled out back. 👀

A new report shows 844 people died from 2018 to 2024. From @themarshallproject.org:
