I miss the days of DVD audio commentaries. I always think that 'hang out movies' where you just spend time with people are a worthwhile waste of time, and commentaries are where film nerds like me hear famous film nerds like them just talk about stuff they never normally do.
Watching the DVD commentaries on Community Season 1, and: a joyous and wonderful period in media when 'sure, we'll throw in a feature that only the die-hard fans will watch, two decades after, and be really candid' was a DVD extra. RIP.
