I know we weren’t allowed to cite Google, Wikipedia, or anything that wasn’t a book or scholarly journal when doing research in school. I’m also told academia has since relaxed on that sort of thing. Put the babies back on JSTOR.

This is why millennials scrutinize everything on the internet because we were told it wasn't a valid source of information.
Anyone who's ever interacted with a customer service chatbot knows this is complete crap. It's so much worse than when you could just talk with a person. And that's for trying to do something simple; health care is much more complex, necessarily individualized in many cases, & higher stakes.
