"I'm confident your office is giving my concerns the same level of attention they always do."

does that cross from 'passive aggressive' into 'aggressive'?

This is an exaggeration. Many people are mad because you posted Sonic pregnant.
Anyway for 96% of you the reason people are mad is that you posted Alf Hog

What’s a “public artist”?
"Any artist cancelling their show at the Trump Kennedy Center over political differences isn't courageous or principled—they are selfish, intolerant, and have failed to meet the basic duty of a public artist: to perform for all people"- Kennedy Center spokesperson Roma Daravi
Kennedy Center vows to sue musician who canceled performance over Trump name change
The Kennedy Center is planning legal action after jazz musician Chuck Redd canceled an annual holiday concert. Redd pulled out after President Trump's name appeared on the building.

A high rise apartment building over every post office would be good. Especially if the Feds say zoning be damned.
The next Democratic President should:

1. Repeal all state laws that require new cars be sold by dealers in exchange for auto makers supporting right to repair
2. Convert the 80/20 transportation funding rule into a population-based formula
3. Build thousands of social housing units on USPS land
"my least woke opinion is---"

That's enough. We've had enough people indulging in the "thrill of a little conservatism", as a treat. Of considering reactionary thought to be a salacious and taboo in a world descending into reactionary mania.

Give me your MOST woke opinions. We're bringing it back.

Banditry. Piracy. That’s what you call stealing food and killing people at sea.
Every Democrat running for office needs to promise investigations and full prosecutions from top to bottom, remove its funding bloat then break up the agency and distribute its core remaining useful functions across other agencies.
ICE detain father shopping on Christmas Eve—then steal his family's groceries.

Then 3 agents divvy up his paid for food—taking what they want for themselves.

"Can I just get the wife's number to call and let her know?" woman asks.

"No, guess he should've complied," agent says.

I think anyone posting 200 times in a day would be a worrying sign of a mental health crisis. And I’ve spent a lot of time chronically online.

Sorry. I know it’s not the point but what’s a West End condo?
I'd be delighted to have a hairstylist or a youth soccer coach visit for a night

I’m traveling around Europe with my wife (languages: English, Russian) her cousin (English, French, some German) and me (English, Arabic, Spanish) and we’ve used them all over the past week. Last night we baffled our landlord who just wanted to speak to all of us at the same time not in English.

Had another student say “mental health” for “mental health problems” the other day which is the most baffling neologism.

Student “I have mental health”
Me (silently to myself) “well good for you in glad one of us does”

I know we’re doing academic job discourse again. Less noted is that *we’re all just guessing* and it’s really hard to predict who will do well. It’s a crappy market shot through with terrible information asymmetries and straight up gaps.

Eric Adams is one of the oddest characters in American politics. You’ll read a normal article about Mamdani’s transition and then it’ll be like “the outgoing mayor says the house is full of ghosts”
December 16, 2025 at 5:30 PM
Bust it open when you need stuff to get really really weird.
Mayor Adams has new walk-on music for a press conference at City Hall billed as an "end of term update" on his admin's initiatives. He pulls out a cigar from his jacket pocket. There's also an "Adams administration time capsule" on hand that'll be buried outside City Hall later.

“The everyone’s has to drink pee now bill is a DISTRACTION we’re focused on healthcare for all Americans!” Schumer probably
I hate that every week there's something stupid like an Everyone Has To Drink Pee Now Bill and the alert sounds to CALL YOUR REPRESENTATIVES THIS IS NOT A DRILL and you really wish you could just trust them to not go for the pee drinking bill

Pretty sure I just graded an essay responding to the prompt I wrote for this class two years ago. Not the one I wrote this year.

So….my old exam got passed around and they walked in and copy and pasted an old answer they got not even noticing it was a different question.

It’s always weird when students are cheating (near identical wrong things) but you have no idea how (not from class, not what ChatGPT says, in an in class essay).
