I'm excited for 2025.

We've always been a bootstrapped service company, but for me, 2025 will be about taking some of the hyper-custom solutions we've been building at @agilelens.bsky.social that have matured and now expanding and scaling them for a wide range of new audiences and users.

Yeaaaaaa I’m a little embarrassed how many times I’ve bought two of something important because of my certainty I was going to lose the first one.

I even got a passport card as a backup for my passport, then lost both within a day of each other 🤦
Confused whether you have ADHD or Autism? Take this test:

If you have the same wallet you’ve owned since you were 10, you have Autism

If you have 2 wallets of the same type and one stays in a drawer in case you lose the other one, you have ADHD

For those who saw the show last year the updates this year include:
1) drastically improved audio quality
2) stellar new sound design and music from composer Katherine Beggs
3) higher res livestream with new camera controls
4) full archival recordings of the shows that we’ll be playing back for Xmas
If you have access to a VR headset, I encourage you to experience what these guys are doing with A Christmas Carol. The evolution of this show over the years is remarkable and the performances are top shelf!
Another show now!! Come one come all — don’t even worry about a ticket you can just hop right into the app to enter the live experience:

After spending 3 full days with a dozen or so members of Apple’s visionOS team, I can safely say they are COMMITTED to this ecosystem, eager to help devs, and have a long and exciting roadmap ahead.

It’s cool Meta is giving $100 off promo codes out, but weird that at checkout it says “this code is no longer valid” — the email says good thru December 31st.

I mean a refurbished Quest 3S for $169.99 would be an absolutely insane deal.

This echoes the conservative counterargument to union rights a century ago, the so-called "liberty of contract."

As FDR's Interior Secretary Harold Ickes noted, that kind of "liberty" merely gave helpless individuals the freedom to "drive a bargain with a great corporation."
Trump: "I want the money to go into an account for people where they buy their own health insurance. It's so good. The insurance will be better. It'll cost less. Everybody is gonna be happy. They're gonna feel like entrepreneurs. They're actually able to go out & negotiate their own insurance"

This is just fantastic read from @notus.com. Democracy is indeed a letter to the editor www.notus.org/perspectives...
The Washington Post Got 21,000 Emails After It Didn't Endorse. I Read Them All.
Reading and editing letters gave me a theory about what is wrong with America — and how it could be fixed.

Just got sent a pretty wild job offer I’m looking to pass along. Without revealing too much, they want a “world-class engine/rendering programmer and wizard who knows Unreal Engine like the back of their hand.” Full time. Remote.

This you? DM me.

This NYT story about how Mamdani dealt with the opposition by the city's elites fails to mention one particular elite institution: The NYT editorial page, which last June railed against him as "uniquely unsuited to the city’s challenges... lacks political savvy"

Congratulations to all the Democratic candidates who won tonight. It’s a reminder that when we come together around strong, forward-looking leaders who care about the issues that matter, we can win. We’ve still got plenty of work to do, but the future looks a little bit brighter.
