Trying to live a full week is near impossible. I feel like I have to be better too so I feel alone. Even from myself.

It's damaged my trust, my sense of self, and my ability to just be around others.

I don't know what's been going on the last couple of days but I've really only been able to come home, pass out, bed rot.
