Some tips I have found helpful for surviving cold weather:
- Small spaces = easier to maintain a warm temperature. Small bedrooms work best for this but you can do a main camp in the living/dining room if need be too. I made a blanket fort over my bed to keep the heat in esp at night.

my mom keeps trying to correct me on my own memories (telling me that i remember a moment from my childhood when i had just said i didn't, gaslighting me in front of my therapist, etc) and it feels...bad. told her how i feel but i don't think i should expect her to do better bc her own memory is bad
