I’ll be honest, I’m finding it really difficult to be too angry with any of them. It’s incredibly frustrating to watch, but it’s clear they’re trying and I think they deserve applause for that given what happened in the summer. I no others will be fuming, which is totally fair.

i totally agree. we hit the post through gakpo and then it got sung and we went off the boil again. should have been getting behind them loudly and singing about them and loudly. might be a coincidence like.

great thread this. pretty much where i'm at with it all. shite week but thought we had chances and final passes yesterday that were sloppy. international break comes at a good time. time to regroup and hopefully get on a run when we come back.

Some Liverpool thoughts .. this ‘gameweek’ last year they beat Crystal Palace 1-0. The week before they beat Wolves 2-1. Two wins by small margins. In their last two games they have lost by small margins (two stoppage time goals). This is largely how it’s been under Slot and what he wants to change.

draw isn't a bad result at all. but that win, 8 clear puts loads of pressure on arsenal at newcastle. always a tough game at palace. i like them a lot.

think in games like yesterday where we needed width to make a tight pitch as big as possible, gakpo constantly cutting inside didn't help. i really like him and think he will have another great season but rio coming on really helped i thought.

like you said, no one knows who had the best transfer window until the middle/end of the season when u can see which players were any good. i hate the phrase 'won the transfer window' think it was started by some fella on toffee tv but it is a real bugbear of mine! not having a go at you by the way!

agree about harvey, hope he does boss there and ur right about the wide forward cover, between frimpong & dom on the right and wirtz & hugo on the left think that's the plan. hugely exciting.

loads of good points there, i think guehi is nailed on to join either in jan for 10/15 or on a free. don't think u can do a medical, announcement video and all that and then join a different club.

good point and obviously i hope this continues(!) but it's an unforgiving job and i think from the outside looking in he's been like that for a couple of seasons now and he needs to change otherwise it'll be his downfall.
