I've been told that it caps at 70, making for a range of roughly 38 to 43 tickets per race (depending on rival difficulty) if you win consistently. All things considered, that's pretty dang advantageous; If I'm not mistaken, that's faster than the average full-group festival grind.

One loop is 24 wins and the increasing ticket payouts start at 20 once you've done two loops to unlock all the vehicles, btw. It's a time investment, but pays dividends compared to the ticket rate for Grand Prix runs.

If you want fast tickets in CrossWorlds, grind Race Park rivals. Any difficulty. Every time you loop the full list, the reward for every 3 wins increases by 5. I don't know where it caps out but I'm currently at 50. Added to individual win rewards that's an average of 31 to 36 per race AND COUNTING
