I sincerely wish Linda Reynolds could have put aside what I accept was her genuinely felt hurt and offense and considered the trauma of the young woman who Tweeted.

I want a society where we care less about the mental health of a man who is a convicted rapist & more about the health, well - being & safety of the woman who is actual victim of the rape. They should be our priority not protecting the reputation of a perpetrator.
