“Today you look very green even for a frog,” said Toad. “Get into my bed and rest.”

Toad made Frog a cup of hot tea. Frog drank the tea, and then he said, “Tell me a story while I am resting.”

I want a society where we care less about the mental health of a man who is a convicted rapist & more about the health, well - being & safety of the woman who is actual victim of the rape. They should be our priority not protecting the reputation of a perpetrator.

Hey guys, due to Australia’s social media ban that came into effect today, you will no longer be able to message me on BlueSky. They’re requiring us to use an ID to prove our age to access messages now (yes, I’m not joking). The government didn’t let us vote for this, we are being forced to comply.

I don’t at all support Australia’s social media ban for children under 16. But on the grounds that it does not go far enough. I think we should explore social media bans for everyone under 150 years old. The human brain has not fully decayed until that point.

I had fun reading to some Burke Elementary students at the Chicago Public Library today. When the Obama Presidential Center opens next year, we’ll have a new branch of the library for the community to enjoy.

Had my first experience getting stuck (via my backpack) in the closing doors of the Paris metro today and writhed around like a helpless fool until some Youth kindly freed me. Couldn’t look anyone in the eye for the whole trip.

Vicambulate [vahy-KAM-byoo-layt]
(v.)
- To take a stroll about town; to saunter leisurely.

Used in a sentence:
“Percival drew himself up, affronted. ‘Aunt Agatha, please. I wasn’t ‘wandering.’ I was vicambulating, which is considerably more dignified, you know.’”

Frog and Toad went out to fly a kite. They went to a large meadow where the wind was strong.

“Our kite will fly up and up,” said Frog. “It will fly all the way up to the top of the sky.”
