40 years ago today we first opened our doors, at our inaugural site on Great Russell Street, opposite the British Museum. Originally dealing predominantly in back-issues, we’ve grown to host all aspects of the culture of comics, weathered the tumult of the industry and settled in to 1 Berwick St.

My phone tells me that me and my turtle army invaded Helsinki in August 2018. In fairness most of the Finns were already home in their pants drinking on their own ( they have a name for it but it escapes me)

Probably my favourite Doctor Who 'monster' and I prefer the earlier versions but the 80s model had a great look even if they showed waaaaay too much emotion in every story they appeared in.
