Even if you don't have time to read all 83 pages of Judge Reyes's opinion barring the Trump administration from rescinding Temporary Protected Status for 350,000+ Haitians, please at least check out the four-page introduction.

It's a tour de force:

BREAKING: Judge Ana Reyes, in DC, issues a stay of DHS Sec. Noem’s decision to end Haiti’s temporary protected status (TPS) designation, a decision that was to go into effect on Tuesday and could have ended legal status for up to 350,000 people overnight. storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.us...

After Alex Pretti’s Murder, It’s Clear That MAGA Media Views White Liberals as Race Traitors
MAGA is committed to the belief that the people ICE is pursuing are inherently bad and that therefore opposing ICE is standing with criminals and rapists against the American people.

Peter Thiel has been open about this for a long time. Trump is a way to break the republic, which can then be replaced by “free economic zones” with oligarchs as dictators and tech as a taskmaster for helpless humans without any rights. (1/2)
Definitely seems like they destroyed the country on purpose.

This story is enraging, particularly as a fan of Pizza Luce.

The simplest reform Congress could insist on is that CBP/ICE officers are civilly and personally liable for cases of wrongful detainment — especially of US citizens. They can’t violate the 4th Amendment willfully without consequence.
It’s hard to focus on one thing to be appalled about, but these stories out of Minnesota are awful. (And, of course, on the other hand, very encouraging.) I cannot believe you can wrongly grab somebody, transport them, and then leave them where YOU took them.
From FB regarding Pizza Luce in Minnesota.

I like it when I can do something to help people displaced by ICE and then after I do that thing I get to eat a pizza.
