wow The Drowned City was such a mediocre Arkham Horror LCG campaign. probably the only campaign since Dunwich that i actually do not recommend. just really boring, underwhelming, unbalanced, and uninteresting.

And as competitive players, it's also our responsability to train so we can make good plays without spending hours on them. I'm currently thinking about ways to train to process the most complex turns faster, and I just need to be able to trust that my opponents will be held to the same standard.

I see the chess clock conversation come back episodically and as someone who actually plays competitive paper Magic, it's jarring.
Chess clocks CANNOT WORK in paper Magic. There are WAY too many priority passes in a single turn for any two players, however competent, to properly handle such a clock.

My friend Dan wrote a great summary of the organizational issues with the Arena Qualifiers. wotc has announced they plan to hold arena qualifiers for their Limited World Championship. Things need to improve before then.
