An important takeaway – the High Court has made clear that the Code of Practice has gotten the law wrong. It will need to be rejected by the Minister.

‘Imprison all women’ may sound outrageous. But all of the horrors that are routine today started out as some ghoulish guy being allowed to say stuff like this without being beaten with hammers.

I've seen some genuinely interesting and thoughtful discussion and takes on Rhystic Study needing banned, particularly through a cEDH lens.
I think if the goals of format management were to balance the format with cEDH at the forefront, this would have happened a long time ago.

it's kinda funny though how when that initial bracket beta was just forming, busted precons were still relative outliers. and then literally every one since has been absolute FIRE lmao
It's not anyone's fault, but the "precons are a 2" thing from the original bracket explanation was a HUGE mistake. Almost every pre-con commander printed recently is absolute gas, and almost any change you make to those lists make them a strong 3 if they weren't already there out of the box.
