If you haven't been in an aldi since c0vid, between Nov 1 and Jan 1 on Sundays I want you to imagine whatever you think a Black Friday at a nonfood retail store looks like and imagine that happening in waves every 30-45min. I'm not really exaggerating. There are at most 4 of us working at a time.

this is one overview on why increased physical activity is not safe in ME/CFS. you can't safely undergo activity when your body will start slowly disintegrating if you go over some unknown activity threshold (that we currently have no way to measure).

As a result, low ATP and ROS production further impair the sodium pump. ROS also impairs vascular function and perfusion. Day 2: Riku! This one almost didn't happen, since his initial fight on Destiny Islands isn't STRICTLY a boss fight, but given the parallels to the late-game fights that ARE, I decided last minute that this one deserved the same gravitas, and I'm extremely glad I did!
