I'm gonna be curious how "required" that Virtual Boy accessory actually is.
Like does required mean "The software will stop you without it" or does it just mean "it always displays like it's 3D, side by side images."
Cause the latter is INCREDIBLY easy to work around. Just takes 2 button presses.

if nothing changes by next summer, this is the last chance for our community to push back. The big ask is not spending $2000 to go to Vegas to play video games once. I'm not expecting much but it at least feels possible because the requirement for protest is simply not doing jack shit

Mario Party contains an obscure "underwhelming victory" scenario. Normally, the winner is celebrated with a special cutscene and declared Superstar. However, if no stars were obtained, no cutscene plays and all the winner gets is text saying "YOU ARE WINNER" before the game ends.

just for a bit of context this is because I saw a viral post of bullet points where someone wished they could suggest the “worse” game compared to a “better” game because they liked it more and I feel Iike that’s where an “objective” review mindset is literally stopping you from enjoying yourself

i think the accessibility features on bluesky are great but because i don't use the platform often, i always forget they're there. whenever i post my art, i post the same thing on all my socials at the same time, so it's a lot of copypasting.
