I don’t think that granting executive power illicitly gained to future Presidents, even those who might have great wisdoms, is the way to move forward.

PS- all I got legally were pretty good LSAT scores from 45 years ago, and a nice class in Constitutional law. ;-)

If they are not impeached, so be it.

If they are, then move forward to the Senate, where, barring an electoral miracle, they probably won’t be convicted. But- perhaps those impeached might have under gone sufficient humiliation to prod resignation.

3. Failure to enforce the 14th Amendment granting citizenship to those born in this country (possible) or preventing states from denying the right to vote.

Bring them up on impeachment charges.Give them chances to defend themselves and their decisions.Televise it. If they are not impeached-

Agreed. Day 1, begin impeachment proceedings-
1. Those who can be well suspected of corruption or lying to Congress. I can think of two off hand.
2. Those whose opinions are clearly void of any legal sense. For instance, citing a 17th Century Jurist when denying the right to abortion.

Took a trail walk on the Lake Needwood Trail in upper Rockville, MD. Beautiful place. Wide variety of habitats and some challenging (and easy) portions of trail.

Also a huge variety of small ethnic restaurants nearby if you need a post lunch, or feel the need to buy multinational pickles.
