Yeah, it only took me like maybe 4 games to do, getting second or first each time. Most of the ranking points come from playing the game basically.

They do, yeah. Deoxys isn’t otherwise available until ORAS, and Jirachi until I believe BDSP with a SwSh save.

Alternatively you can use event distribution ROMs.

The real tricky one is Celebi, it’s even only in both Gen 3 and 4.

If you've updated to Windows 11 recently, you're probably on version 25H2.

There's a new setting in Settings: Privacy & Security.

Scroll aaaaaaaalll the way to the bottom and you'll see "Text and Image Generation."

TURN IT OFF.
