One of the producers on Guilty Gear Strive said it was basically impossible to source player feedback on balance changes online because nobody had original opinions and would just parrot what the most popular content creators said and so they had to rely on data and I think about that every day.

Released twenty years ago today, it was Microsoft's second stab at cementing themselves as a genuine contender in the 'Console Wars', and undoubtedly their most successful. Today is the day a lot of old people look back at the 360 with rose-tinted glasses because they had far more free time back when it came out. Good system, but gaming has never been better than it is now.
