It's getting to the point where I'm no fun anymore. I am sorry.

Cowboys really are America's team, both are run by an old fool that surrounds himself with nepotistic and or sycophantic hires, each less qualified than the last.
He pardened his neck?

The fact more people don't know about shoofly pie and that it should be available everywhere year round but you only find it in this tiny pocket of Pennsylvania Dutch country is a shame. When I left Philly my favorite baker made me a shoofly pie to go and I ate the whole thing at the airport
This got me thinking….how do we as a society normalize pumpkin pie as a breakfast option at restaurants year round? Who will be the change we want to see in the world?
It turns out Mina and I have identical pie takes (literally had home made pumpkin pie for breakfast this morning before kids woke up).

I think pro wresting was better in my younger days, but I realized I'm biased, it doesn't matter because I can enjoy modern stuff in a different way, and now much of the argument is Fed coded because if the wrestling quality can be handwaved away, why not watch underwater shitty wrestling.

I'm going to steal this, except use video games instead of movies. I'd make Rockstar do Bully 2.
If you were a despotic president, what movie would you force Hollywood to make? I want to see Quentin's Star Trek movie or maybe Kill Bill Vol 3.

Embiid should probably retire, but he won't and I won't fault him for it. This is his livelihood and he gets paid extremely well for it; but it's pretty obvious that physically he is pretty much done.
Joel Embiid and Paul George are out tonight. Tyrese Maxey is in.

For Embiid, it is now a streak of eight consecutive absences, the last seven of which have come as a result of a right knee issue the Sixers have been calling day-to-day for two weeks:

Joel Embiid and Paul George ruled out for Sixers-Magic, Embiid missing eighth consecutive game
Joel Embiid has not played since Nov. 8, and of what will now be eight consecutive absences, the last seven will be caused by an issue the Sixers continually characterize as day-to-day.

Anybody who spends the kind of money Carville is talking about, the public will all but let them outlaw chewing gum. But that doesn't matter. Once again this is being set up falsely. You should go easy on him; he hasn't won an election in 35 years. Write it on the blackboard a thousand times -

Sorry, but the Waterboy was fucking terrible except for Henry Winkler, and then if you want to put Winkler on the list, put on Night Shift.

Variety should stop making lists.
The movie listed at #1 is so incredibly misplaced that it calls into question the veracity of the entire list. It belongs on the list, yes, but SO MUCH further down. An absolute, credibility-wrecking flub. Boo, @variety.com! Boo!

Bears/Eagles is interesting because the Eagles are either going to win by 40 or completely bottom out. Excited to see which one it winds up being.

Mostly cause I found a Chicago Bears bar on the ocean in San Diego so I'll be happy either way.

My biggest problem with clipsters, and Hurts didn't have his best yesterday, of some asshole will throw 3 INTs but make a 10% throw and they'll post that throw, and then other guys their shit needs to be taken apart like the Zapruder film because a guy may have been open in 5 frames.
November 24, 2025 at 11:00 PM
Yeah, you'll never win a Super Bowl with him.
Shit like this is why I'll never trust Hurts as a QB.

This is Nick Foles, he doesn't say anything bad about anyone.
Prior to Sunday’s game, Nick Foles discussed on his podcast what he sees as the biggest issues with the Eagles’ “superpowered” offense, which hasn’t been able to get into a good rhythm this year.

Must be Jalen.
Landon Dickerson mentioned after the game how Dallas came out in some 5 man fronts that they weren't expecting from them. Kudos to Eberflus for changing the Cowboys' stripes, because it allowed for Quinnen Williams to wreck run plays like this one

James Carville is 81 years old and hasn't been right about anything since the 1990s. He's Vince Russo or Eric Bischoff, except he grifts wine moms and donors. Just go off in a ditch somewhere you ham.

Worth noting, given the Drew Mukuba news, that Marcus Epps was placed on injured reserve with an undisclosed injury on Nov. 1. The Eagles have only played three games since then, meaning Epps, even if he were healthy, would not be an option to play Friday.

We will see what happens, and these are obviously first world issues, but I think the difference in 2023 was the GM had enough input that it couldn't just be on the coaches; Brian Johnson was a guy the org wanted to push, Desai was a guy they wanted because Fangio tree.

Are the Eagles going to want to go through another offseason and season of this? Maybe if they win the Super Bowl again, but the owner puts a lot of weight on the locker room vibes and you can say Philly fans, but the voices are coming from inside the building.
