A commission price sheet for the artist JetPhox. Sketches 35 USD, flat colors 65 USD, and shaded colors 100 USD. Additional characters are 15 usd extra per character, simple backgrounds are 10, complex backgrounds are 20. Writing commissions are two cents per word. I’ve talked in a couple places about the lesson of DC/Marvel tailoring their comics to straight white men in their 20s-30s and alienating the rest of the market. To see publishing speedrunning that with romantasy… it’d be funny if it wasn’t my livelihood.
