England has new money allocated based on its needs. Wales, Scotland & NI's don't, we get a proportion of what England needs.

They seem to be missing the context - my point is that this was after a furore at the BBC where the DG & News CEO resigned, ostensibly *for not dealing with left/liberal bias*...

Just watched Laura K's interviews with Mahmood, Philp & Davy on #BBCLauraK. Maybe it's my own bias, but she certainly seemed to me to interrupt Philp far less than the other two.
