Attorney, bad jokes, double Wolverine 〽️ with a bit of Gator🐊.
It is a miracle this athletic department has been as successful as it has given Warde’s complete lack of leadership ability.
Michigan had been alerted prior to Wednesday that Sherrone Moore was dealing with mental health issues yet Warde Manuel fired him alone with no HR rep and no security present, source told NBC Sports.

I love college coaching changes in part for the mess and drama, but I hate this one. Not because it’s my school, but for all the reasons @hollyanderson.bsky.social put in perspective on the emergency @shutdownfullcast.bsky.social.

Didn’t know this needed a follow up, but if you refer to Moore or Warde as DEI hires or use some other racist dog whistle in describing the situation, you are less than a piece of shit and also should have no place in the Michigan fanbase.
If at any point in this Sherrone Moore saga you choose to drag the young woman publicly, understand that you are a piece of shit and should have no place in the Michigan fanbase.

I think Coach O would be a great fit for Michigan.

Well fuck. Did not see Sherrone Moore getting fired “for cause.”

Putting 10 kids through school is expensive.

Every gift to the Pope feels like someone google “what go get a man from the Midwest for his birthday.”
The first American pope has received a papal lawn mower for use around the Vatican Gardens.

I actively hate ND, but this a perfectly fair (maybe even correct) response to being snubbed by the playoff committee - why help make ESPN and an opponent (to whom they owe zero loyalty) richer as some strange consolation prize.
10-2 Notre Dame announces it will not accept a bowl bid after missing the playoff.
December 7, 2025 at 11:00 PM
A three loss Bama over a two loss BYU or Vandy is just complete corruption - the committee is a joke.

The Penn State coaching search feels so rudderless, and so far it’s only resulted in extensions and raises for the coaches linked to it.

Well JMU had a great run, but it was bound to end sometime.
NEWS: Former Florida head coach Billy Napier will be the next head coach at James Madison, people briefed on the situation told The Athletic.

UCLA getting Bob Chesney is a coup and shows they may actually be serious this time around.

This rhetoric is so blatantly fascistic - distract the masses from years of corporate greed and right-wing economics by blaming the affordability crisis on the other instead of offering any real substantive solutions.
JD Vance: "A lot of young people are saying housing is way too expensive. Why is that? Because we flooded the country with 30 million illegal immigrants who were taking houses that ought by right go to American citizens."

This is a really dumb move that only appeals to the most diehard of soccer fans. In the summer, MLS only competed with the MLB and WNBA for eyeballs. But now they’ll compete with the NFL, NHL, and NBA and ask fans in cold weather markets to attend outdoor games in Nov., Dec., Feb., & Mar.
BREAKING NEWS: MLS owners have officially voted to flip to a fall-to-spring season, aligning with top leagues around the world, per @paultenorio.bsky.social.

The league will begin play in the new format in 2027.

Penn State waited until the 4th quarter of the Indiana game to play football - y’all they tanked to get Frames fired right?

Brian Kelly could have retired at ND with a statue - despite killing a kid and being a miserable jerk - and instead he left just to be fired by LSU.

Well that doesn’t seem content neutral at all.
A statue of President Trump and Jeffrey Epstein holding hands has been removed from the National Mall a day after it was placed there. The statue had a permit to remain in front of the Capitol until Sunday night.

There were no major coaching changes last year, we’re in week 3 and two blue blood adjacent programs already have vacancies - it’s going to an interesting coaching carousel this year.

DJ Lagway is an exceptional talent, but under Napier he’s regressed from last year to this year.

UCLA has to fire Foster, right? They’re 0-3 and a G5 school just ran up the score at the Rose Bowl.

In hyping up Belichick’s UNC opener, folks drew a lot of comparisons to Coach Prime blowing out TCU in his first game at Colorado. The big differences? Prime had played and coached college ball already - Bill had done neither before last night. This was pure hubris by Bill.
