They were *VERY* obviously here for content. That had dudes with cameras. Stopped anyone who was remotely brown. Those folks would show ID etc and walk away. Then they went into Target itself. But too many community members were there. So they left. Onto the next TikTok.

Yes. The point of outright lies contradicting what we can all see isn't to convince anyone in a genuine debate, it is to assist their confederates in creating enough noise, they hope, to bring the truth into doubt for those who aren't going to review the evidence.
I contend that they aren’t manufacturing evidence to convince people in reasoned and logical argument. They are manufacturing props to be used in a fantasy performance among people who collectively agree with the make-believe narrative of that performance.
