I'm hoping shit like this helps open the eyes of people saying Chuck is doing the best he can. Do you see now why new rules or best practices (or laws!) can't be part of the ICE spending bill? It's gotta be gutted whole. It just obstinance or ignorance to stand ten toes down on it at this point
