Breakthrough. On this evening's walk I tried out a 20-stride jog. Then another. And before I got home (drenched, lol!) another, and then 2x25 and 3x30.

First I've been able to 'run' since March. Light at the end of the tunnel, maybe? 🙏🏽💗
