We dry our "wet" clothes inside in Sweden, but the houses are well insulated, have proper ventilation system and heating. No problems what so ever.

I havent denied condensation exists, who would do that? 🙃, im stating a fact, that this is not the reason for mould.
I live in a shitty part of Tyne & Wear and grew up in an even shittier part in a rented flat, with no central heating, single pane glass, and mould down the back stairs. Condensation created by people is a thing. To deny that is to deny frickin physics. And that's not an excuse for shitty landlords.

Sorry but some of it is. Especially when there are small tiny patches of mould alongside the upper external walls. It's the humid air hitting the cold walls. Since I got a dehumidifier that measures the % of water in the air, I'm really aware of how much water is in the air during the winter months.

my mum and dad dried clothes in their house all winter for fifty four years...there was no black mould. i think you'll find that it's really shite building and poor maintenance of said shite building that are a more common cause.
