Know your rights when confronted by ice
1. You have the right to remain silent. Clearly state you are choosing to remain silent, and do so. They may continue to question you but you don’t have to answer.
2. Remain calm and do not run away. Ice can use this as an excuse to arrest you.
3. You have the right to demand a judicial warrant before letting them into your home. Do not open the door, have them slide it underneath and then make sure everything is spelled correctly and that it is signed by a judge- not by ice.
4. You have the right to speak with a lawyer if you are arrested. Never never sign any documents alone, always request a lawyer.
5. US citizen allies can play a vital role. You have the right to record, as long as you do not interfere or obstruct.

The #hummingbirds took their sweet time to find me this year, but boy am I so happy they’re here 💫🧚🏽‍♂️ my feeders have FINALLY been emptied for the first time since I hung them months ago. I got ones with perches this year & we love to watch them hang out & get their sip on 🥹🤩

You are close to the water, looking at a tiny waterfall. The water rushes and falls, creating foamy waves. "A Pearl Crescent butterfly (Phyciodes tharos) rests with wings fully open, basking in warm, natural light.
