Chief Judge Patrick Schiltz, the top federal judge in Minneapolis, rips into ICE:

"ICE is not a law unto itself."

"ICE has likely violated more court orders in January 2026 than some federal agencies have violated in their entire existence."

Don’t forget Duluth
ICE isn’t just targeting the Twin Cities. There’s horror stories in Mankato, Willmar and across Minnesota. Immigration attorneys are still getting hundreds of calls every day from every corner of the state.

ICE out now.

Count on it.
This giant ICE Army they are building this year is also likely to be at polling places during the midterms in heavily Democratic precincts with the excuse being that they are looking for “illegals trying to vote.”

FU Tillis. Such cowardly bullsh*t.
Tillis says he opposes ICE being barred from wearing masks: "I've seen people dox me. I've seen people take pictures and identify law enforcement officers and then put their families at risk. So, I think that's a step too far."

No letting up...!
Warnock: "If you look at the sheer scale of the Trump/Vance regime's operation in Mpls, it's clear they're trying to overwhelm people, weaponize despair, convince citizens you don't have a voice. But the people in Mpls even in this dark moment, are showing that's among the lies they are telling"

Head fake indeed. And corporate media never learns because it is broken.
"Allowing the crime scene to be contaminated then covering the victim’s weapon with fingerprints will make it much harder to investigate the case, much less prosecute it. But of course federal officials never intended to do either. Indeed, the coverup was underway immediately." — @lizdye.bsky.social
The investigation is the coverup
Trump's "pivot" on Pretti is just a head fake.

Yeah, these two seem like the worst of the worst...
A retired Minneapolis couple who had guns pointed at them by ICE in a church parking lot.

"They were obviously not trained at all. I've known many police officers in my life. These people were right off the streets."

"They had the professional demeanor of criminals."

This is what the trump pivot looks like. There is no pivot and anyone reporting there is hasn't learned anything about trump over the last 10 years.
“if you raise your voice I will erase your voice” is an unlawful threat. PAXIS.app confirms this violates the 4th and 5th Amdt and a color of law offense (18 U.S.C. § 242).

Act:
• Document details
• Record if safe
• Report to DHS OIG
• Contact a civil rights att

Republicans' Big Ugly Bill gave Trump $190 billion for DHS, including $75 billion for ICE and $65 billion for CBP.

That's money Republicans stripped from rural hospitals and helping people afford health care.

Congress should claw it back and put serious restraints on DHS.

Of course it was an act of war.
RAND PAUL: If a country bombed our air defense missiles, captured & removed our president, & blockaded our country, would that be considered an act of war?

RUBIO: We just don't believe this operation comes anywhere close to the constitutional definition

PAUL: Of course it would be an act of war!

Yesterday, ICE agents tried to enter Ecuador's consulate in Minneapolis w/o permission & were stopped by consulate staff. Ecuador's Foreign Ministry filed a diplomatic protest.

They're so keen on borders, you'd think they know diplomatic missions are off-limits.

When will the corporate press learn, trump does not pivot. He is singularly focused on himself and knows if he just says a few things the corporate press will fall into line with the pivot narrative. Corporate press is so broken.
I'm calling bullshit on the media narrative that Trump is "pivoting" and "deescalating" on his ICE raids. The threshold is this: As long as the military occupations and the treatment of US cities as enemy territory continue, there's no pivot. ICE out. 1/

Trump wants to appear eager to minimize out-of-control clashes between government militias and protesters. But he doesn’t want to stop the things causing those clashes in the first place.

Good question. I wonder if corporate media will point out the discrepancy.

Answer: They won’t because corporate media is broken.
I don’t understand why Trump has to threaten Iran again over their nuclear program when he angrily insisted months ago that international proliferation experts were wrong and he completely obliterated their program and set them back many years with his previous bombings.
