I collect a ton of things, mainly old media, video games, and cards. I've played Magic for 14 years and I've worked on a tabletop racing game for almost 7 years. Sports fan, including the Carolina Hurricanes and other NC teams. Also pansexual. He/Him/His

Here are my Fire Pro boxing packs based on fight cards from the past, present, and future.

This'll be so I can keep up with everything and make it easier to access my stuff.
More and more, I wonder if Apple should've won against Tim Sweeney in their little squabble because the man's takes just get worse and worse.

WrestleCade prints are all ready to go (except maybe one print I want to make to give to Speedball via meeting Veda Scott), clothing bag is packed, nerves are building.

Just hoping everything goes well for me. Never been to a wrestling event this size where I'm giving out THIS many prints.

I see that LinusTechTips watched First Blood on 10 different video formats.

Who does he think he is, me? (Not that I own anything on 10 different formats, but I could do it if you gave me enough time.)

Seeing folks on my timeline talking about spicy foods has me taking notes, especially when it's talking about spice that makes our spice over here look like nothing.

I'm the only spice lord in the house, so any time I can challenge myself, I'm usually up for it.

2 coins for 5 tall German dudes that can shoot 3s would make for a hell of a MyTeam starting 5.

When we get out the other side of this, I genuinely hope that every single person that pushed RFK Jr. into his role, either voting for his nomination or suggesting he got the role to start with, is included in the Nuremberg style trials we need for this. They're just as complicit in this shit.
In which Zack Budryk perfectly captures the feeling many #ActuallyAutistic people feel in this particular moment of RFK Jr.'s resurgence: We felt like we were turning the corner on autism acceptance. And now we are seeing that door closed off.

You mean to tell me that the devs for Project Motor Racing tried to tell Jimmy Broadbent how to drive a sim.

JIMMY BROADBENT. A guy with real world championships and more sims driven than most people have hot showers.

No wonder Ogonoski worked on it because who the hell even says that?

Interesting to learn that Zohran eats a potato with chives.

Chives are not very left-coded.
what?

I can't wait till I see RTX 5090s by the pallet load for $5 a pallet when this bubble bursts.

They might actually be worth buying at that price.

Man. If I was still working at 2nd and Charles (noted orange as hell brand), I'd absolutely rock these at work with my orange vest.
$25 on clearance, probably because they're mildly hideous. My son says they're the coolest shoes he's ever seen.

I did not expect to hear that Lia Block was headed back to rallying after a short dabble in single seaters, but I'm happy to see that.

If anyone can make it to the WRC regularly, it's the daughter of Ken f'n Block.

Asmongold is one of those people that talks in a way they can't live until they get met with the consequences of their actions. Reminds me an awful lot of JDFromNY in the wrestling space.

Sooner or later, their luck will run out and they'll get their comeuppance, either legally or otherwise.
Asmongold gamifies harassment by goading his audience into targeting developers and celebrating when they get fired. This stuff doesn’t happen in secret.

This is why the AI bubble is a bubble. I know NBC doesn't think it's a bubble, but they might as well be state run media equivalent anyway, so they don't matter.

This is a bubble and it will burst. When it bursts, the fallout is gonna be more volcanic than anything we've ever seen.
You have to keep giving money to avoid collapse and if there’s collapse you have to give more money. It’s called the free market.

And yet people in droves still try to justify being on that platform of fake accounts. It's mind boggling.

I had an account over there for over a decade and dropped it no problem. It's really not that hard, but I guess people like their botted views and fake engagements. Weird flex, but sure.
The location ID on twitter revealing that 99% of the horrible shit on that website is just posted by people in India honestly soothed me a lot. Its literally all just fake.

Might wanna take a look at this dude's location if you're over there. I highly doubt this is an American based account making this take.

Another one:

Metal Gear Solid Portable Ops for the PSP has GPS functionality where you can recruit soldiers in game with the GPS.

One problem: The US never got the GPS, yet the US version still had that feature in it while the PAL version SOMEHOW doesn't (despite PAL getting actual GPS software).
i was going through my X archives and found this by @superpodsaga.com, which I qrt'd at some point years ago

so, let me bring the question back: what is the most useless piece of video game knowledge you know?

Kat asking the right questions.

If I had money that wasn't directed at WrestleCade, I'd chip in for her campaign. Alas, I can't at this time.
why is it called “orthodontist”,,,, imagine telling someone you’ve got a dontist appointment

Madden 11 and Madden 12 on PSP do have online multiplayer, but not infrastructure play. Just like the same games on PS2, you can't play on a central server for online. You can, however, play through Adhoc if you wanted to play online, but the likelihood of that is probably pretty low.

It's why I do everything in house for Race Day.

I'm the one making the cards, I'm the one balancing the cards, I'm the one testing them to make sure they play nice, I'm the one creating the mechanics and abilities, I'm the one making the formulas.

I'm making sure people don't muck up my vision.
Go a step further: Do not read the opinions of your community. It's creative poison.

Often as game designers we love to make people happy. But if you index too much on making the community, or people in the community, happy, then you're ceding too much of your judgment to them.
One of the producers on Guilty Gear Strive said it was basically impossible to source player feedback on balance changes online because nobody had original opinions and would just parrot what the most popular content creators said and so they had to rely on data and I think about that every day.

Objects in mirror are closer than they appear, Tampa Bay.

You hear those footsteps? They're coming from Charlotte.

I swear, these people manage to type out posts as long as War and Peace that say absolutely nothing of value. It's like clockwork for them.
A friend has alerted me to this pressing and very real international incident involving the very sane Candace Owens.

I remember playing this game when it was still being sold physically and having people in the area chat trying to throw shade while I was leveling my character in an earlier level in the game.

Needless to say, this community being so toxic convinced me to never touch it again.
On this day in 2004, World of Warcraft was released in North America.

I am trying really hard to talk myself out of doing another print for the remaining 13 people on my WrestleCade list.

I'd have to do 13 prints in 6 days.

Someone either talk me out of doing it or further talk me into doing it. 🤼

Everyone all in beautiful sports cars and supercars.

Then there's Doofus McGee in a Pontiac Aztek 2025 Edition behind everyone.
