Rev. David Black stood in front of a Chicago-area ICE facility and began to pray.

The masked ICE agents on the roof responded by firing pepper balls, with one striking him in the head

We supplemented our prior ethics complaint against Brendan Carr to discuss the Jimmy Kimmel shakedown.

It explains how Carr is behaving more like a member of the mob than a member of the bar.

We're unfortunately not confident it'll be the last supplement.

Nexstar and Sinclair should be ashamed of themselves for continuing to cave to Brendan Carr's unconstitutional extortion tactics.

If your corporate interests don't allow you to stand up for the First Amendment, get out of the news business.

Imagine one company deciding what shows up on your TV.

Nexstar pulled Jimmy Kimmel to appease the FCC — because they want a merger that would allow them to control what 8 out of 10 Americans see.

That’s monopoly power, not free speech.

Nexstar, the largest TV broadcaster, needs Donald Trump's approval for a $6 billion deal.

If approved, Nexstar would control TV stations reaching 80% of households — violating the cap set by Congress to protect against monopolies.

This censorship of Kimmel reeks of corruption.
