Ran Piagia 1348 last night at our local RPG meet up. Quite enjoyed this very narrative game about the black death creating revenants hungry for human flesh and the Church run army of specialist built to put them down. Improvisation grim, dark horror at its best.

Set myself a budget for Vapnartak and just about stuck to it as well - mostly picked up terrain bits for my 10mm stuff, and another warband for Test of Honour so I can give that a shot at some point this year.

The best gift I got this last Christmas (closely followed by a proper electric burr grinder for my coffee) was this fountain pen roll, which my wife made for me. It's a mix of hand woven tweed and antique green kimono silk, tied off with a hand woven braid. Fits nine pens and looks fantastic.

Last night's Dragonbane session saw the heroes entering some dark caves, losing their healer to a raging river and being eaten by spiders. All of them, 2nd ever TPK, and l was even trying to go easy on them. They will never know what happens to the Misty Vale.

Last night's Dragonbane session saw the heroes entering some dark caves, losing their healer to a raging river and being eaten by spiders. All of them, 2nd ever TPK, and l was even trying to go easy on them. They will never know what happens to the Misty Vale.
