I'm just bored with it. We're three years in and the only impact AI has had in my work life is that some of my clients send me grating emails that are 400% longer than they need to be. Its primary applications are cheating, letting lazy people make crap, and inducing psychosis.

They say there are no rules in writing but 'delete boring stuff' is a pretty solid rule. If it's so boring you can't be bothered to write it, who do you think wants to read it?
i take frenzy damage every time i see someone go "well i just use it for the boring stuff". what are you TALKING about? if it's boring or unimportant, why are you putting it in? NPC dialogue is fertile ground for worldbuilding, creating verisimilitude, conveying important information, and hijinks!!

This is the way guys, having everything on Dropbox has pulled my bacon out of several fires.
Aside from this I really recommend cloud services. I’ve got google drive set up to automatically upload everything from my drive, even when I just save when working. Only downside is that you need a good internet connection for it.
Unsolicited artist advice of the day: if you're a freelancer with no back up devices or storage, remember to pick a few things up in the black Friday sales. Even a pen drive to back up your projects so if you have a catastrophic hard drive failure you wont lose everything..learn from my mistakes. 😅

I have a lot of complicated feelings about this but I was a Jehovah's Witness as a kid so it's mostly a feeling of jealousy because to me religion is going to church in a dentist's office and staring at the wall until it was over.
