I see that guy every time I shop there and had no idea, we'd rarely ever shared more than a few words to each other but this time we had a long conversation about our creative processes and what we're individually trying to improve upon in our art, as well as what programs we use/recommend.

I bought a Gamera sticker today from a place that sells goods made by local artists. I had the same sticker on my old laptop and was telling the cashier how it my favorite one on there and was buying another to decorate my new laptop with.

Turns out the art on the sticker was drawn by the cashier.

I remember getting to this part in the novels while I was reading them on the bus and it was one of the few times in my life I've had to suppress a gasp in public.

Not a first time watch, mind you. Anyone who knew me in high school could attest to how rabid I was about this show back then. I tried doing a rewatch back in winter but didn't get far once my final semester of college started. This first season feels so quaint compared to what I know happens later.
