I'm sorry MAGA made the U.S. uninhabitable for you. It has been horrifying to watch the dismantling of democracy up close and in real time. The cruelty, corruption, intolerance and incompetence sometimes literally take my breath away. I don't know if we'll get our country back, but I won't be silent

I've been carrying it upside down at most of the past protests. This Saturday, I'll carry it stars up. This Saturday, we take back the flag and make it ours again. "O say does that star-spangled banner yet wave o'er the land of the free and the home of the brave."

Notices about premiums and enrollment are starting to go out now. People are going to give up their health insurance because they simply cannot afford any of the plans. If they miss the deadline to choose a plan, they may be one hospitalization away from financial ruin.

If he were here, they would call him a radical, left lunatic for preaching love and compassion. They would let ICE brutally arrest and deport him. Jesus would forgive them. I'm trying really hard to but I'm failing at the moment as I watch their cruelty and destruction of democracy.

It is so wrong that Johnson is spreading this idea. We are marching because we love democracy and want everyone in our country to enjoy justice and the freedoms granted in the Constitution. I can't imagine anything more patriotic than that.

Fluctuating between despair and rage in a country I no longer recognize, a nation where government officials incite violence and celebrate cruelty. I grieve for the nation my parents (Republicans) and teachers taught me to respect without denying the flaws and injustices woven into our history.

I usually feel bad for the lamb, but this lamb willingly accepted her interim appointment, knowing she'd be asked to prosecute Comey to inflict her boss's retribution. For the sake of our democracy, I hope she loses. If not, God help us.
