As I was taking out the trash around 6:00 pm tonight we had some very light rain.
Certainly glad for any precipitation, but light rain at 6:00 pm on February 12th at over 5,400 feet in elevation in Colorado is not good.

Good news. Colorado HB26-1026 (which I wrote about here: fischfinancial.org/2026/01/15/p...) passed the House Finance Committee yesterday with a vote of 9-2.
They just don't make things like they used to. I can't believe we are going to have to replace our refrigerator after only 30 years....
(Sarcasm, although I am not expecting the new one to last for 30 years. Of course, odds aren't totally great that I'll last for 30 more years.)
