European leaders have made great efforts to get Trump back on the rails & keep him there since Feb. They probably have to keep trying, but neither they nor Ukraine can compromise their vital interests just to avoid annoying him.
Trump’s back to the rhetoric of the Oval Office meeting in February, claiming Ukraine’s leadership “has expressed zero gratitude for our efforts.”
