The campaign for a playground in Oxford city centre has taken a major step forward. Councillors voted this evening for a Green Party amendment to the city’s draft Local Plan, supporting “proposals which seek to make provision for play space within the City Centre”.

What skill did you master that you will never, ever use again?

When I was a security guard 40+ years ago, a number of posts had manual elevators. I got very good at getting the elevator to line up perfectly with the floor at which I wanted to exist.

what happened if wombats got constipated please.  Do they produce much smaller, square cubes?  Does they poo stop being cubes and become sperical or longer?  Is this not an issue for wombats, due to their diet?
