Few days back I mentioned to a friend I have always struggled with commas in sentences. Friend mentioned to use parenthesis. So I have tried to show how deeply it usually goes, and wrote a bit of JS + CSS to help people to read it.

1. when i got home after being away for christmas my home was 5.6°C. this place has no insulation. the heaters are unable to keep up. it's currently 9°C and dropping again

fondly remembering the How To Write Alt Text For Naked People class i ran in the hellthread, where people were like "i have no idea how to talk about myself" and the alt texts were like "this is an amazing dope-ass naked person, they look INCREDIBLE, they're killing it in xyz ways". good things
